1. This play pass is valid for ONE HOUR of playtime at Royal Playland.

2. Valid for ONE child and ONE guardian (Above 18 yrs old).

3. This play pass is non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and can not be replaced if lost, damaged or expired.

5. Subject to T & C governing the use of Royal Playland.

6. Kiddy Palace reserves the right s to revise the T & C whenever necessary and without prior notice.

 SAFETY

Our play areas are specially designed for children up to 120cm in height. Your child's safety is our top priority.
Please remove all footwear, sharp objects, jewelry, accessories, and loose items before entering.
Follow all rules and safety guidelines specific to each play area.
Kiddy Palace is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.

ATTIRE

For hygiene and safety reasons, socks must be worn at all times in the play areas.
We also strongly recommend wearing long sleeves and pants or jeans to help prevent abrasions during play.

CHILD SUPERVISION

All children must be supervised by a responsible guardian aged 18 or older at all times.
We request that parents, guardians, or caregivers remain attentive and supervise their children while in the play areas.

HEALTH

Only guests who are in good health may enter the play areas.
Kiddy Palace reserves the right to deny or remove entry to anyone showing signs of illness.

HYGIENE

We strive to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for everyone.
A clean-up and sanitisation fee may be charged in the event of incidents such as vomiting, spills, urine, or diaper leaks.

FIRST AID

In case of accidents or injuries, please inform the nearest staff member immediately so that help can be provided right away.

FOOD & DRINKS

Food and beverages are not permitted in the play areas, except inside the designated party room.
