Online Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at 6841 2008 or email us at info@kiddypalace.com.sg. Kindly be informed that exchanges are on case by case basis.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-exchangable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include undergarments, socks, thermometers, breast pumps, compact powder, face/mouth masks, gift sets, hampers, playmats, and food products. If you have any concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on physical vouchers.
Not Refundable But Exchangeable
All purchases are not refundable but exchangeable and are subject to the final approval from the management.
